Serving individuals with severe and persistent mental illness.  The primary focus is to provide services to help sustain community living.  Services include:

• Case Management and psychosocial services (weekdays and weekends)

• Attendant Care

• Supported employument services

• Supported Housing/Independent Living

• SOAR – Help in applying for federal benefits

• Outreach services for the homeless with mental illness
