When an adult seeks interpersonal healing and growth, a variety of treatment approaches and therapeutic modalities are offered in helping to restore stability in their lives.  This is often accomplished by utilizing individual, group, couples or family therapy.

The enhancement of communication skills, crisis resolution, problem solving, stress management, and education of mental health disorders are often the focus of treatment for adults.  The goal of psychotherapy is to examine thoughts, emotions, behaviors and attitudes so that the individual can discover and pursue alternatives to the current situation, which is causing pain or distress.
