Franklin County Elizabeth Layton Center has been providing affordable and easily accessible mental health services and programs for the citizens of Franklin County since 1958. Outpatient services for children and adolescents include individual, family, and group treatment, including alcohol and drug services. These services include the evaluation of substance abuse problems and follow-up treatment services if indicated. Both group and individual psycho-educational treatment is available.
Services are available without regard to race, color, national origin, ancestry, sex, age, disability, or ability to pay for services and fees be adjusted or reduced upon review.
